work in Saturday is much boring for me too. strict boss also good for employs because its help to less missing in your work. i am also working with a privet company and its also much difficult to attend a meeting when you r boss is a army person . but work properly and try to do your best . its help you to get higher position of your working place . hope you complete your meeting properly .
