Here it is! Gradually we are feeling the impact of bots on the game. Here are SOME key points mentioned in the video in case you don’t want to watch it:
bulldog1205@bulldog1205

  1. Devs RECOGNIZE THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE NUMBER OF BOTS. They also know that the bots grind so badly that they can roi within 3 weeks or so even minimal daily gains;

  2. Many accounts with ZERO POWER have reached 1000+ ratings. He said there should be at least 10 (or whatever lower power per card) power because there is a good chance of getting cards in DQ. It's also a bit given that the account isn't new since the rating is a bit high. Also in that rating, most players rent at least 1 card to move upwards which adds strength to the account.

  3. The possibility of funneling has also been recognized - transferring captured dec and cards to another account. This may also be the cause of the zero power mentioned in # 2;

  4. Also mentioned is STAYING IN BRONZE TO EARN or what we call BRONZE GAMING. As the accounts have no power, they can only stay in the bronze to earn even only using the free cards; sa

  5. Also emphasized because of bot gaming, any account earning after $ 10 (or 500php) is an income already. PROFIT IS JUST OUT OF THE GAME AND FUNDS because the owners of bot accounts have no plans to rent or buy cards.

WHAT EFFECT DOES THIS HAVE ON US WHO ARE NOT VOTING?

One of the aforementioned solutions to consider is to put PHASE OUT TIME on free cards (or some of it). For example - when you buy an account, after 4 weeks (just for example the time frame), you will not be able to use free cards. This will require players to invest in their own cards as they earn in the first 4 weeks. The investment will allow players to continue earning while the game returns.

It will also help avoid “playground brass” if your card collection is already good. This will force your account to be at higher levels (silver, gold, etc.) which will generally promote fair play.

This move will also help maintain game sustainability. Whether we admit it or not, we know they spend more money than we spend on the spell book. Even if you only earn 8.50php per day (or 34 dec @ 0.25 rate), after 2 months, you are roi. Everything you get after that one time investment is profit. Eventually, he will drop the game.

It is also an option. In case it does not solve the sustainable issues mentioned such as bronze gaming and funneling. These are issues that remain even if the bots are removed because there are many players with more than one account. These are the issues that will ultimately kill the game.

In recent months, there have been news that the number of spellbook purchases in the game has suddenly swelled. For sure, that's almost all if they play regularly.

At this point, we know what the dev team’s solution will be. If we base this on the way they decide on DQ, they will prioritize the sustainability of the game vs players ’easy profit. The question is, other than phasing out free cards after a month or so, what other good solution?
