I can really relate to this one.
I'm used to be that one person also who really conscious on looks but now I don't care anymore. What's important to me now is building the foundation to my future coz in the end they will only care what you achieve in the end and not all the struggles you went through.
So don't care what they say or their perspective about you, as long as you're not hurting anyone then its fine.
