I do not know if this master key request from the Esteem application is intentional or has been an error.
For new users it is common that they enter all the options of Steemit with their master key, from now they should use the key of Private Posting Key to post and Active to make the transfers.
If your Master or Master key falls into the hands of someone, this @ may have absolute control of the account, it is NOT so if only the key of Posting or Active is in the possession of another person. (Whenever we can change those keys using the primary key).
That's right, we can make a change of KEY, using the main key for that action, then the other keys will change. (They will be all new).
How should we enter our profile now?
Suppose we are new and this is the first time we enter and we do it with the key mestra.
We are going to: "Click on your photo" ==> "Change of password" ==> "Permissions".
There we will see the first two keys, "Postig" and "Active", the one that shows us are the public keys, we have to reveal the private keys of both.
Beside both keys we have a button to obtain the private key, in the case of "Active" access to show
(In this case just pressing the button we will obtain the private key Active because we have entered the profile with the master key).
And the same way to show the private key of Posting.
IF you can not see your private keys that start at: "5J ..." Change the language of your profile to ENGLISH (I hope that problem has been fixed).
There with both private keys and you are more secure, DO NOT forget to save the master key that will save your life!
