Buy fake land! For real money! What? Decentraland is one of very few live Dapps that exist on the crypto market. It consists of a virtual environment which can be hosted on almost any personal computer. This revolutionary application allows a new buyer and seller basis on the platform of simple LAND. This LAND is currently selling for about 10,000 MANA which (currently 9/4/18) sells for $800! This same LAND sold for a starting price of about $60 at the first auction the return on investment is outstanding. As a result of this massive demand, Decentraland unlike most Dapp producers have created their very first development platform called the DCL.
My favorite thing about Decentraland is it's flexibility for users to create whatever they want. They can create a market, game, store, or place to hang out. I currently have the DCL installed and have began working on my very first game. although unsure of what to call it, I plan on making it a obstacle course with a point reward system. All of the programming is done in typescript, so if you're planning on getting started it might be a little bit of a learning curve unless you're used to programming in JavaScript (TypeScript is a super class of JavaScript). I believe the current value for MANA is totally underrated and will skyrocket as developers begin to thrust this company to the moon!
