The live mass indoctrination day 8 that took place in zoom on the 11th of June 2021 was explosive and i must say i learnt lot of new things that made me thinking and questioning lots of things that many christians overlook.
The problem of not aligning our actions with our words is something to look into because as Christians we are suppose to match our words with our actions. We never can tell who is looking unto us because the
Bible says “let your light shine so bright that men may see your good works and appreciate the work of the father in heaven”.
More importantly we should match our word and actions with the standard of Christ.
Another point to note is the idea of pretense posed by various misleading leaders who hide few elite and protect them even when they are going wrong.
It is necessary to expel such members because when there is a bad tomatoes in the basket, it would eventually spoil the rest of the good ones.
Titus 3:10 If people are causing divisions among you, give a first and second warning. After that, have nothing more to do with them.
If you notice a church is sinful, don’t join them at all because you might also be at risk of loosing your salvation and also you would be enriching the pastor.
Evil pastors feed themselves rather than the flock of Christ. But God has said He would require the blood of the innocent from their hands.
Ezekiel 34:10 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.
Also If you notice that your pastor has the above quality then you need to pray to God to remove you from such gathering because only God can direct our path and lead us to truth. The church in the Bible is not an oppressive church but majority of our church are quite oppressive.
We should learn to do good works. Proverbs 11:30 says The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
God rejoices over the soul of a sinner that repented over the soul of saints who has no sin in them. So this tells us to spread the Gospel of Christ and keep the faith going.
