Contemporary Calgary is inside the former Centennial Planetarium - which makes it a pretty incredible space.
Incredible art from local, national and international artists. Unfortunately closed due to covid, but they recently opened to the public 6 days a week...we were so excited. YYC was missing something of a modern art scene.
I can’t wait til it’s open again to the public. At $50 bucks for a family membership there’s hardly a better deal in the city. If you’re ever in town - give it a visit.
I look forward to seeing a wealth of new programming when they reopen.
