Oh I didn't realize India was the source of oil for China. I guess they do need it from somewhere given their high usage inside their country.

I think another reason why those under-developed nations have an advantage is that their undying financial system isn't build on legacy software. Well I am not sure if its the same case with other countries but I believe its true for the US.
