I think Splinterlands should be a maybe and they should think things through a little bit before they do so. It's not all passive so they would need to do some management on the side to make sure they are renting out cards (if they do rentals).

I agree with the rest but I think adding in RUNE (not in my portfolio yet) might also be a good idea.
