The delivery services in the US tend to be fine. Even when I had to ship things outside the US, it was fine, except that they were fairly bad at contacting people in other countries. I was just lucky to be tracking the package and let my relatives know. I think I make it a habit to check the tracking numbers when I need something urgently or if I send things, as I don't trust them as much. Personally, I drop off the packages directly at their offices, and pay if I need to then.
