I joined a fairly laid-back guild and honestly, I haven't really been doing brawls too much until lately. As we don't usually fill up all our slots, I can usually find one but I tend to wait a little longer so people can pick a position first (if I have time to come back and select one). So a Guild Score is nice but probably not required for my current guild.
