I would check the following link. It gives you an estimate of how much each actions costs. So you currently restore 48M per day and it takes 1.07M for a comment, 0.07M for a vote and 0.18M for a transfer. I saw dagger delegate some HP over so I think you can probably do around 45 comments a day. If you upvote, it will probably drop the amount by a little bit.
