Well the biggest issue I see is that the richest people also have the best accountants so they can take advantage of all the loopholes. So in a way, only the middle class takes the brunt of the damage. If there was a way to remove these loopholes, I wouldn't mind but I doubt it would happen since Congress is loyal to those lobbyist.
