Workshop con el campeón nacional
Workshop with national champion

Bienvenidos chicos y chicas de hive y swc. El día domingo estuvimos con la compañía de @alvisorozco que nos dio una clase de freestyle.

La verdad fue increíble pasar un rato compartiendo con los muchachos me llevé una linda experiencia de los chicos. Alvis me ayudo a mejorar el 360, Joscar y Alvis me enseñaron el 540 clean, no lo agarre, pero pronto saldrá .

Ese día estuvo increíble me llevé un amigo se llama Enmanuel y es nuevo en calistenia y se emocionó mucho cuando vio a Alvis, Enmanuel estaba nervioso cada vez que Alvis se le acercaba él se ponía nervioso. 🤣

Gracias a @manuelramos y a @hecatonquirox. Me encanto ese día espero que se vuelva a repetir, hice nuevos amigos y espero verlos pronto para volver a practicar freestyle juntos y esta vez que no haya tanto sol. 🤣

Welcome guys and girls from hive and swc. On Sunday we were with the company of @alvisorozco who gave us a freestyle class.

The truth was amazing to spend some time sharing with the guys and I got a nice experience from them. Alvis helped me to improve the 360, Joscar and Alvis taught me the 540 clean, I didn't catch it, but it will be out soon.

That day was amazing I took a friend with me his name is Enmanuel and he is new to calisthenics and he was very excited when he saw Alvis, Enmanuel was nervous every time Alvis approached him he got nervous. 🤣

Thanks to @manuelramos and @hecatonquirox. I loved that day I hope it happens again, I made new friends and I hope to see them soon to practice freestyle together again and this time there won't be so much sun. 🤣
