Hola a todos, hoy quiero compartir algunas fotos de los ejercicios estáticos que me gusta realizar con mi compañero @enma2020. La mayoría de mis compañeros saben que me tienen que operar del pecho, y aunque estaba programada para esta semana, hubo un problema en el hospital y se suspendió para la próxima semana (¡más tiempo para entrenar!). 😁

Al llegar, hice algunos combos de dinámicos, pero luego, en los 540, me jalé mucho hacia la barra y me golpeé bastante en los antebrazos, así que decidí dejar el freestyle y descansar mis manos y antebrazos.

Después, fui al parque y aproveché la iluminación para tomar las fotos, y terminé con una rutina de front lever.

Hi everyone, today I want to share some pictures of the static exercises I like to do With my partner @enma2020. Most of my coworkers know that I have to have chest surgery, and although it was scheduled for this week, there was a problem at the hospital and it was suspended for next week (more time to train!). 😁
