Hola amigos Hivers y comunidad de #SWC. El día de hoy compartí un poco con un amigo que va iniciando en la calistenia su nombre es Enmanuel y en los 2 meses que lleva ha progresado mucho en estáticos y freestyle.
Le he enseñado casi todo lo que tiene y me motiva cada día a ser un mejor entrenador de freestyle, me siento increíble cuando saca un nuevo truco porque siempre me dice Jeyson gracias a ti lo saqué y eso me motiva a ir cada día con ganas de enseñar y aprender.
Ya que él ha sacado cosas que todavía ni yo tengo,hoy saco una salida que yo no he hecho y ahora él me va a enseñar a hacerla 😅.
En fin estoy contento con su resultado y el mío porque hemos mejorado mucho en muy poco tiempo.
Hoy por fin pude mantener el pino a una mano por 3 segundos.

Hello friends Hivers and #SWC community. Today I shared a little bit with a friend of mine who is starting in calisthenics, his name is Enmanuel and in the 2 months he has been doing it he has progressed a lot in static and freestyle.
I have taught him almost everything he has and he motivates me every day to be a better freestyle coach, I feel amazing when he pulls out a new trick because he always tells me Jeyson thanks to you I pulled it out and that motivates me to go every day with the desire to teach and learn.
Since he has taken out things that I still don't even have, today I have taken out a trick that I haven't done and now he is going to teach me how to do it 😅.
Anyway, I'm happy with his result and mine because we have improved a lot in a very short time.
Today I was finally able to hold the one-handed pino for 3 seconds.
