Because it holds the name of a newspaper and if I'm not wrong, they have rights over its logo, so it could open you to problems with the law and stuff, there are versions of the photo if you search for its on data banks, with no "the guardian" in it, as it was public material (the game have it on its back covert and used it for spreading the word about it) before they pasted their logo in it.
