Wow, everything you describe and what I see in these photos is massive—and beautiful, too. It sounds like an incredible experience; I don't think I've ever seen hot air balloons in person in my 38 years—maybe we don't have them around here—but I’m always fascinated when I see them in videos or photos. You mention such huge crowds, so I think you were lucky to find a good spot to enjoy the show that day; I was struck just by the photo showing the line for the restrooms! The balloons are stunning, and I love that glow they have at night. Even though we don't know each other very well, the way you enjoy life and seek out new adventures is inspiring to me. That’s how everyone should be; regardless of the ups and downs of daily routines, we all need to allow ourselves new, enriching experiences.
