Greetings friend! I started hiking regularly in January. I haven't lost much weight, but I no longer find it difficult to climb and spend hours in the mountains (plus I can take great photos for my posts). As if I didn't already have enough to do, tomorrow I plan to start going to the gym. I'll go with my friends to motivate me. I'm not looking for anything aesthetic, just health. I just turned 37, and if there's one thing I want for this age and the years to come, it's health, because that's the most important thing. The hardest part has been dealing with food, but I'm doing well. I wish the same for you too. The time will come when you'll be more focused. The important thing is that you've already started to change your habits... Have a great start to the week! ✌️
