The week has started very hot here in the tropical Caribbean countries. The wind chill can easily be 40 degrees in several regions of Venezuela, and at the same time in the capital it has been cloudy and with some sporadic rains. Nature feels it and you can feel drought or blooming depending on the place. These photographs are from a walk where it feels like this, even if it is the same place. Some plant species green up with the rain and others burn with the sun's rays.
La semana ha comenzado con mucho calor aqu铆 en los pa铆ses tropicales del caribe. La sensaci贸n t茅rmica f谩cilmente puede ser de 40 grados en varias regiones de Venezuela, y al mismo tiempo en la capital ha estado nublado y con algo de lluvias espor谩dicas. La naturaleza lo siente y se puede sentir sequ铆a o florecimiento dependiendo del lugar. Estas fotograf铆as son de un paseo donde se siente as铆, aunque sea el mismo lugar. Algunas especies de plantas reverdecen con la lluvia y otras se queman con los rayos del sol.
I myself have preferred to hide a bit from the heat, but I don't stop my activities in the parks and mountains, I just look for the lushest parts. I usually take pictures of the landscape and the sky above the city, but on hot days like this one I prefer to focus on the little things on the road, and everywhere you turn there is beauty when you feel good about yourself and know how to appreciate the divine creation.
Yo mismo he preferido ocultarme un poco del calor, pero no paro mis actividades en los parques y monta帽as, solo que busco las partes m谩s frondosas. Suelo tomar fotograf铆as del paisaje y el cielo sobre la ciudad, pero en d铆as calurosos como este prefiero enfocarme en las peque帽as cosas del camino, y es que donde voltees hay belleza cuando te sientes bien contigo mismo y sabes apreciar la creaci贸n divina.
In all my walk it did not rain, but I could see drops on the leaves of small plants, in fact these small flower stalks look perfect with the buildings in a blurred background, I liked it. The colors of this day are green and reddish, and I think it will be like this for a while longer, as the heat is just beginning. En toda mi caminata no llovi贸, pero pude ver gotas sobre las hojas de peque帽as plantas, de hecho estos peque帽os tallos de flores lucen perfectos con los edificios en fondo difuminado, a m铆 me gust贸.
