Regarding Ahiru no Sora, I started watching it a while ago and had a similar experience: I'd just finished watching things like Kuroko, and the reality check this anime delivers is quite strong. I haven't finished it yet (I think I'm about halfway through), but I was loving how they developed the characters; it feels so much more human to see them frustrated.

What really shocked me, though, is that it's unfinished and on indefinite hiatus 💔. I didn't know that. Thanks for the review!
