Hope

What does that word mean to you? To me, hope is a feeling of optimism and positivity that comes from believing that things can get better. It's the belief that no matter how difficult the situation or how uncertain the future may seem, there is always a chance that things can improve.

My cousin is still in the hospital. As of now, we are doing our best to make sure that we can meet up with the medical bills payments. Also, we are encouraging her to stay strong and not think so much about it but believe that she is already healthy and hearty again.

We're doing these things to give hope. Even though we know the situation is daunting and the medical bills can be overwhelming, we continue to do our best to support her and give her hope that everything will work out. We are staying positive and encouraging her to do the same, even in the face of adversity.

The recording of my presentation has been in my gallery for a few days now. However, I felt too lazy to go back and edit it. In addition to that, I have been feeling down. I wouldn't say depressed, but I have been down. Nonetheless, I am determined to make the necessary edits and turn my presentation into something of quality, despite the current state of my mental health. I hope you enjoy listening to the presentation.🙂

As an adult, most things that cause depression are stress from work, finances, relationship issues, and other life events. These things can all contribute to the feeling of depression among friends and family.

Through these hard times, hope gives me comfort and encouragement. Keeping me motivated and reminding me that there's light at the end of the tunnel helps me stay focused. In the midst of my struggles, it gives me a sense of purpose.

Looking at everything, I was inspired to sing the song 'In Christ Alone' because in him alone my hope is found.
