I really appreciated the simplicity of this post. It brought about a great deal of thought on this subject, and while I am a person who spends much time alone, I started thinking about how being alone is different than actually intentionally spending time with oneself...and I don't do that enough. I hardly do that at all, and this post really snapped that into my realization. So...thank you so much.
