I too, grow tired of always searching for some illusive goal, but I am now 70, I just lost my last remaining brother, leaving only two sisters and myself of the ten children.
What have I achieved? I've alienated most of my family, I live alone with my nextdoor neighbors as all I can count as real friends.
Soon I will be all that is left of my family. :'(
