I know it has been 2 yrs because I did not BUY any charcoal last year. I've bought lighter fluid because I start fires other than for cooking
This little grill has been around for a minute or two. It was going to go to Goodwill in 2009 when I was helping clear out my niece's daughters house.
I didn't use it at all for almost 10 yrs
Gonna try something new (to me) grilled cauliflower. I saw it on Jamie Oliver's 30 minute meals

Both these cuts were in the same package. The smaller piece had that core of gristle, I doubt I got it all out
I did some onions in the air fryer. I doubt they make it to the meal with the other stuff ha ha ha
One of the problems with cooking this way is, many people, myself included tend to not wait for the lighter fluid to completely burn off before putting the food on to cook.
Everything has that taste to it then.
