I use FTM almost every day and I could easily say that it too is trash. Dunno if you had a chance to use it during the bull run craze though. There was nothing more broken than Fantom and BSC. Transaction fees went through the roof and simple swaps could cost up to 1 FTM per transaction.

I like FTM and Cosmos but they are not Ethereum while Optimism and Arbitrum are. I used them for options trading but def not recommended for people that don't want to spend a dollar or two on transaction fees.

Mu only interest in them right now are the airdrops that are coming. Optimism already announced the drop and Arbitrum is next in line. I missed enough airdrops in my life, not making the same mistake again.
