It's called MinnowBooster!
It seems that this tool was created to help the small users on steemit get assistance with a bit of growth. I love this idea! I'm glad it exists!
As I work my way around steemit, I'm finding new resources to help someone small, like myself, to grow and find a little bit of success.

If you're not sure what it is (because you're probably new like I am!), it's a service that allows you to purchase upvotes to help boost your posts a little bit.
You can also search their market for delegations of SP, if you're wanting to have a little bit more power as well!
Yet another great feature, is that you can even sell your votes through them! (If you have enough power! :P)
Alongside that, you can even delegate directly to their voting bot, for earnings! (Again, permitting you've got enough SP delegated!)
To me, this is a great way to generate a little bit of momentum, while not bothering anyone.
As much as I'd love to ask people for help because I struggle financially, I think it's better to find my own means to promote myself and help myself grow! Being handed help can be nice, but when you've earned it, it feels a lot better!
I've only just started using their service, but I would highly suggest it to anyone who's new and looking to get a little bit of help getting going here. :)
