Help each other... No Need to be Rude"
Hello Steemians and Dtubians,
I went to the store to get a few items like a new little flashlight, a few drinks and a brush for my cat. I go to the "Dollar Store" because they have very nice products at a very good price. Now, most people who go there are either having money problems, like to save money or are on a budget. Now all of this is okay and it is understandable that people want to save money. Like I said, they have a lot of wonderful products that are very nice as well.
Well upon entering the store there was a person outside talking to someone who looked homeless and down on their luck. Normally, people would be polite and let it go at that. But not this person. They were very "Self-righteous, Rude, Degrading and just completely without respect or humbleness at all.
This type of attitude and action will always "Get under my skin" and upset me. We need to start helping each other more often. We need to encourage people to be successful and give them advice on how they can make this happen. We need to educate people on kindness and respect. Not put them down and then "Brag" about our accomplishments and compare their bad luck to our success. This is a "Horrible" way to speak to anyone and treat anyone ever.
One day, and it may not be too far off in the future, we are going to need help as well. And how would we feel if we were treated like this? "Do unto others and you would have them Do Unto You" - Isn't this what it says in the bible. All of these proclaimed Christians acting like this must have missed this valuable lesson in the book they love so much.
This person was claiming to be a Christian as well as many other things. When I cam out of the store, I stopped and talked with the man who was having problems. He asked me "What did he do to make someone so angry to act like that to him?" I said nothing. It is just the way some people are. So I took him into the store. Bought him a few things that he liked to eat and then came home to continue my happy day.
I just want to encourage all of you o be humble. We do not know what troubles some of these people have had in their life and we should never judge them for their misfortunes. This is the way it should be. If we are able to help, then we should by all means help. But if we are not able to help, then we should at least be polite, respectful and humble in letting them know we are unable to help at this time.
I am so in Love with my beautiful fiance @vanjaavedal. I truly do Love our two children David and Angeles and I am so blessed with all of our family in Norway, Thailand, Mexico and here in the United States and I love all of them so much. Thank you for all of your amazing Love, happiness, and support you bless me with every day. I love all of you more than you will ever know.
