My Proposed Design
Original vs. Official Icon
Design Concept
My concept in this design is combining three subjects to form a single icon including icon original color. The three objects represents a Play button, a small letter " j " and Play/Pause button. The Three subjects are in the form of play button also.

Benefits/Improvement
To be honest the original icon is good too but in this new designed logo, it will provide more detailed, creative and attractive icon display based on the application. The original logo is quite simple so I created a simple design that will best fit for the application.

Proof of Work
According to Utopian Rules # 6. You must include every possible detail to verify the work done. So I included even a useless one to prove my originality in this design.
