My entry to 
It was 3:00 AM of my night shift when 2 car crashed came at ER.One Vehicle with 2 men dead and the other men brought to another bed on stretcher body on full blood with fractures and semi-conscious.Doctor intubated and attached to mechanical ventilator.On other car one man in more bruises and in pain.We did a lot of test,X-rays,CT scan and laboratory examinations.I'm very exhausted as a Supervisor I informed 2 staffs for referral to tertiary hospital,done documentations for legal papers and I helped on cleaning and packing 2 dead bodies.The day was over we went home so haggard
