The basic emotions of the human being are five (5), - I learned them with an acronym, that in Spanish, where none of them escapes me when naming them. MARTA..... Fear, Love, Anger, Sadness, Joy. Marta accompanies us throughout the process of life, each emotion that we experience does not alert us, keeping us alive, - when one of them is activated, signs that accelerate or slow down the body's systems are manifested.
Each emotion represents the opportunity to experience different feelings that can lead people to extreme madness or ecstasy. ....

THE WEEKEND community's Weekend Engagement Theme, week 39, proposes to talk about fear this weekend. So I'm joining this initiative by creating this article and participating, although the time change may not help me much
• Fear is one of those emotions that has multiple faces, sometimes it is often deceiving and hiding, in affection or mistreatment, - towards oneself or towards others.
• Fear currently drives the lives of many people who claim to be seeking happiness at the expense of the life or happiness of others.
• With fear, the behaviors are varied, - the body manifests tremors, cold or heat, the heart accelerates, the tension of the muscles increases, the mind leads to think things that do not exist and it is not even known if they will happen. Protection and survival are sought.
• Currently in my beautiful country Venezuela, we live or I live day by day with fear, a collective and global fear, when facing a virus that has taken thousands of people in the world.
• Fear of walking the streets and being robbed, - insecurity, - violence, people with fear that attack, rob and kill others. Because of their own thoughts and situations.
• Fear of a political regime that dominates with its rules, regulations, for fear of losing the power acquired for more than 20 years.
• Fear of suffering from some incurable or fatal disease, beyond Covid-19-. There is cancer, AIDS, among other diseases, caused by the same fear of death, when we are afraid we intoxicate the body with worries, anxieties, doubts, miseries and by fear we make the body sick.

• Fear of a social explosion, where the country is invaded and all the ills that afflict us today increase, the situations of health, food, energy, basic services, worsening the situation of many people.
• Fear surrounds us, as I said, it keeps us alert, what we must do is to take from that fear the strength to reinvent ourselves, to generate ideas that grant tranquility, that allow us to have days with gratitude, - with joy, where love prevails, communication, walking together, supporting each other in their sadness and leaving fear as an engine, not as an enemy that paralyzes, that diminishes action, generating terror, anguish.

In participating I have my own fears among them:

• Fear of taking steps, leading me out of my comfort zone, to experiment and live new emotions and experiences.
• I am afraid to get on a mechanical device, a roller coaster for example.
• Fear of ocean waves, I respect them very much, I am terrified to enter the sea with big waves, I feel that the more I enter the waves grow, my fear is so distressing that when I sleep is one of my most recurrent nightmares to see a giant wave approaching and I run, but the wave does not affect me to reach me.

How do I cope with fear?

I make friends with it, - I face it and I dare to leave my comfort zone, I embrace it and I bring it to my side when I am on the roller coaster, or in the sea, that fear never leaves me, - because it tells me that I am alive and I must be careful and cautious, but it does not paralyze me or limit me to do things and enjoy life....
Thank you for reading me, leave your comment and tell me what sensations run through your body when you face your fears. Being observant of what happens to you, gives you the opportunity to regulate its effects.
