¡Hola, amigos de Hive Cuba! Este fin de semana mi esposo y yo decidimos cambiar de aires y regalar unos días de desconexión en la cima de las montañas, hospedándonos en el emblemático Hotel Las Gran Piedra. No hay mejor manera de recargar energías que respirando aire puro y disfrutando del clima fresco que nos regala este maravilloso lugar.
Apenas tuvimos oportunidad, nos lanzamos a recorrer uno de los tesoros naturales de la zona .El Jardín Botánico un verdadero edén escondido entre la neblina y la vegetación exuberante donde la naturaleza se expresa en todo su esplendor
Caminar por sus senderos de piedra es ir descubriendo sorpresas a cada paso, sintiendo el aroma a tierra mojada y rodeados de un verde intenso que impresiona a cualquiera.
Quedamos totalmente fascinados con la gran variedad de flores y plantas que cuidan allí. Es un espectáculo visual único encontrar tanta vida y color a esta altura
Los vibrantes anturios y sus hojas brillantes
Las delicadas y exóticas orquídeas del sendero
Otras hermosas especies en floración que le dan vida al jardín, como las singulares flores silvestres y la Clivia
Las llamativas aves del paraíso y los exuberantes helechos que adornan el camino
Pasar este fin de semana en La Gran Piedra y recorrer este Jardín Botánico ha sido una experiencia sumamente revitalizante. Sin duda, un lugar imperdible para quienes aman la naturaleza, la paz y los paisajes de nuestra hermosa isla.

This weekend my husband and I decided to change our routine and treat ourselves to a few days of disconnection at the top of the mountains, staying at the emblematichivecuba Hotel Las Gran Piedra. There is no better way to recharge our batteries than breathing fresh air and enjoying the cool climate that this wonderful place gives us.
As soon as we had the chance, we set out to explore one of the area's natural treasures: the Botanical Garden, a true hidden eden nestled among the mist and lush vegetation where nature expresses itself in all its splendor.
Walking along its stone paths is like discovering surprises at every step, feeling the scent of damp earth and being surrounded by an intense green that impresses anyone.
We were totally fascinated by the great variety of flowers and plants tended there. It is a unique visual spectacle to find so much life and color at this altitude.
