Every Sunday, my mom went to the Ilihan to buy food to eat. Ilihan is quite far from our home. She must ride a tricycle or a bus to get there. Here in the province, you can save money since you can plant what you want—vegetables, fruits, etc. I can say to y’all that a province is still better than a city. However, when it comes to work or a job, the city is better, but when it comes to home, the province hits differently.
Morning
Planting Bermuda grass
I woke up around 6 a.m. and started washing our clothes with my mom. That’s our usual thing to do early in the morning. I’m always the one in charge of washing the dishes if I’m here at home, so every time we’re done eating, I follow up on washing the dishes so my mom won’t be mad at me.
Around 8 a.m., I'd decided to plant Bermuda grass. I immediately started getting the different grasses on our ground except the Bermuda grass with the use of bolo. It almost took three hours to be done.
Yeah, it's me. I'm busy getting the grasses on the ground. Putting it in the cement sack afterward will make the ground clean.

I’m tired, but I need to continue since I’ve already started doing this. Then I’m planting Bermuda grass afterwards. Mae and Gino even helped me plant it since it’s already started raining. It felt so satisfying to be done. We’re all wet. Afterwards, we continued getting food for our goat. The rain wasn't a hindrance for us to stop. I’m really proud of Mae; she’s really a hardworking girl. She’s always my companion, even for getting food for the goat.
As you can see, both of them are already wet but have still continued planting.

Afternoon
Cleaning Session
In the afternoon, my mom told me to clean the house. I just followed her command. It took me 10 minutes to clean the whole house.After that, I slept because of tiredness. My mom had many plants before, but they've gradually died due to the heat. These are the plants that have been left to her. She even watered these plants sometimes, for they would not die.
While sleeping, I heard my goat shouting “me, me,” indicating that she wanted to eat. That’s why I go there and start feeding the goat and cleaning the goat’s home afterwards.
My mom’s busy; that’s why she told me to feed the cow. Our cows home is quite a distance from our house. You need to walk for almost 2–3 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I started getting grass and feeding them. Its so nice seeing the mother cow eating the grass zestfully.

Around 3 p.m., I'd decided to cook breadfruit chips.

Then I started cooking corn and fish afterwards.
When I’m done with all that, I’m going to boil water for our thermos, so if we want to sip coffee, there’s already boiled water to use.
After eating, I’m washing the dishes and putting them into our dish cabinet afterwards.
Evening
In the evening, I’ve decided to cook bananas. It almost took 10 minutes to be done. I’m eating it with my mom. Even though I didn’t put sugar on it, it's still so delicious. It’s good for the snack.
After eating, it’s time for me to start doing things on my cellphone. My whole time until I go to sleep is on my cellphone. As a girl who is here in the province, I need a way to earn money. By doing so, I became a load-retailer. I started last week; I just used my GCash for it. My mom gave me 1500 pesos to start. I’m so happy for that. I need to save money to buy a new phone this coming December; that’s my goal right now. My phone is almost giving up; it’s been 4 years in my hands, I think. I even need a laptop for my school, especially now that I’m an upcoming third-year student this coming August. Since laptops are really needed right now in the third year because there’s research, research is everywhere. However, I didn’t bother to tell my parents to buy it since I knew they couldn't afford it. It takes a lot of money to buy that thing.

I became a TikTok affiliate too; it’s so hard to earn money by doing this, especially if you don’t have products to promote and a lot of followers. It needs good camera quality as well in order to have good video quality, which makes me sad since my phone was just Android. My account got restricted multiple times, which became a reason why I lost interest in continuing. I want my account to be back to normal so I can continue posting videos.
