My daughter turned six years on the 8th of March, just a few days ago and I rolled out the carpet for the celebration of this awesome piece of me.
She loves attending birthday parties of her friends because she loves the fun attached to such celebrations.
So on her day, I had gotten her clothes and shoes ready, I had taken her to the hairdresser's to have her hair fixed, you know all the things she likes, because it's her day and also a joyous occasion for me too.
I remember very vividly when the journey started more than six years ago, the blissful but tortuous road through pregnancy ( I was sick almost through it all), the delivery which was a CS section because she was too big at birth and the profound happiness of nurturing her to date, I feel I have accomplished much 馃槉馃グ
I laid out her beautiful birthday clothes on the bed. I had to stop her from touching it so many times.
Here comes her royal majesty 馃馃グ
She's attending ballet classes, maybe that's why she's giving me the ballet dancer's pose馃槃
She's a natural.
