I do not see how (1) relates to centralization. I have not tweeted in years but if I did right now, the Tweet would reach more people than a Hive post atm.

I think (2) is true and desirable.

As for the unnumbered part, people are getting votes for literally everything. Everything in the world has potential buyers.

When someone speaks about no decentralisation, they are usually voicing their letdown from too many people sharing a common view (opposite to their own) rather than conspiring.
