Congrats to the Chicago Cubs for being the 2017 divisional champs. I think it's been a while since a reigning world series champion team has done that. So not too bad, and congrats to the Dodgers for winning their first pennant in 30 years, who only had to spend about 350 million dollars to beat the Cubs.
