There have been so many anti-aging strategies proposed by over the years. Sierra Bright [2] took time to enumerate 13 tips she calls the "best home remedies for reducing wrinkles": Say "No" to soap, Don't overwash, exfoliate wisely, hydrate with healthy oils, have some high-quality protein, get your vitamin C, avoid cigarette smoke, wear a hat, invest in glasses, sleep on your back, enjoy some dark chocolate, add more tumeric to your meals and No. 13 , cut back on sugar. We may choose to play by these rules and many others, but guess what? We will still have those wrinkles as we age. It is even fair enough to employ these natural remedies to avoiding wrinkles. What is worse is applying chemicals which in the end bring upon us health problems that would make us wish we live with the signs of aging instead.
I understand that while aging is natural it can be subdued in some way. My point is in an attempt to look young even as we age let us be careful about the methods we employ regarding this because no matter how hard we try we will still age and have those wrinkles. The solutions to the marks of old age are as good as the simple reason that no one can remove the wrinkles nor stop the clock's aging process.
