The 2002 version.
"With great power comes great responsibility", one of the classic lines from this movie. This movie has been fairly well done. There is enough action to everyone happy along with good character development and enough of a plot for those that want more than just action.
Most people know the basic plot of spider man, we have Peter who is living with his uncle. Peter is your average shy nerd with a crush on Mary Jane, not special about his life. Things change on a school excursion when he is bitten by a genetically enhanced spider.
Peter gets stronger, his eyesight improves and he has super quick reflexes, plus some spider abilities like being able to climb walls. Things improve for him until a new villain appears on the scene, the Green Goblin.
Will good triumph over evil? Not an entirely new idea, but still very much worth watching.
