Time for a change?

As we are already in the property market (i.e. in debt) it means that we will need to sell our existing home for the right price, and also buy the next one at the right price. So now the search begins, we have gone to a few open for inspections to get a better feel of what is on the market. It is still very, very early in the hunt.

One reason we have started looking around is to see what is available closer to the school that the little guy will be going to. Of course we have a number of requirements in mind as well as a price, matching the location with features and price could be interesting. The good thing for us is that we are not in a hurry, at this stage, and one option will be to stay where we are.

I suspect that a few real estate agents will get to know us while we go to the open for inspections, this is one thing I am not a fan of when house hunting as my view of a large portion of real estate agents is as per the quote below.

Note, I did say a large portion, not ALL. I know that there a few "good" ones around, unfortunately you can't use the same person across areas, and I have yet to see sellers listing with multiple agents.
