I disagree with the proposal. We aren't certain at all if it will do something about auto-vote ( I think it won't) and this change would reverse the 75/25 to 50/50 change. This would maybe lead to resurgens of bid-bots and I think the risk that they return is way larger then the chance that auto-vote disapeer.
