It was friday and me and my girlfriend wanted to make a trip and break the routine. We started the car and began to drive to San Luis Potosi, we knew about a magical place called Media Luna located in the small town of Rio Verde.
We started to walk around the place in order to pick a place and swim, and then we found out that the water was CRYSTAL CLEAR!
The perfect activity and is diving down the 120.40 feet, where you can see everywhere down there.
In the bottom of this “manantial” it is possible to see remains of two mammoth skeletons, so that outside the country it is known as Mammoth Lake.
It is a state protected natural area of San Luis Potosí, declared as "Protected Natural Area State Park" Manantial de la Media Luna”.
