The representatives of the Press have been chosen for the Twilight competition

We've resumed our activities with events, and this time we were invited to the press presentation of the Miss Twilight 2026 candidates. After a pause in activities due to the recent tragic events in the country, several activities and events that had been suspended or postponed have begun to take place.
Miss Twilight is currently in its 2026 edition, and last weekend, specifically on Saturday, the press presentation was held. The chosen venue was the small auditorium at La Flor de Venezuela. Personally, I don't particularly like that space because of the lack of lighting, but I was still able to take some photos for publication.
Retomamos las actividades con eventos, y esta vez fuimos invitados a la presentación a la prensa de las candidatas al certamen Miss Twilight 2026. Tras una pausa en las actividades debido a los recientes y trágicos sucesos en el país, varias actividades y eventos que se habían suspendido o pospuesto han comenzado a realizarse.
Miss Twilight se encuentra actualmente en su edición 2026, y el fin de semana pasado, específicamente el sábado, se llevó a cabo la presentación a la prensa. El lugar elegido fue el pequeño auditorio de La Flor de Venezuela. Personalmente, no me gusta mucho ese espacio por la falta de iluminación, pero aun así pude tomar algunas fotos para su publicación.
The event was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but there was a slight delay due to other activities taking place inside the venue. Special guests began to arrive, and I took the opportunity to snap some photos of them in a designated area outside the auditorium.
The event kicked off with a lot of energy. A dance group affiliated with the pageant performed all the musical numbers to entertain the audience, both during the opening, when the contestants entered and performed a short dance on stage, and during the costume changes.
First, the girls came out, one by one, to introduce themselves. The second appearance was a swimsuit parade, and the third was the question-and-answer round, moderated by a panel of judges comprised of media representatives, journalists, and content creators.
El evento estaba programado para las cuatro de la tarde, pero hubo un pequeño retraso debido a otras actividades que se desarrollaban dentro del recinto. Los invitados especiales comenzaron a llegar y aproveché para tomarles algunas fotos en un área designada fuera del auditorio.
El evento arrancó con mucha energía. Un grupo de baile afiliado al certamen se encargó de todos los números musicales para entretener al público, tanto durante la apertura, cuando las concursantes entraron y realizaron un breve baile en el escenario, como durante los descansos para cambiarse de vestuario.
Primero, las chicas salieron, una por una, para presentarse. La segunda aparición fue un desfile en traje de baño, y la tercera, la ronda de preguntas y respuestas, dirigida por un jurado compuesto por representantes de los medios, periodistas y creadores de contenido.
After the question-and-answer session, the judges, who had been taking notes, proceeded to deliberate and select the young women who would receive the various sashes awarded that evening.
This year, in addition to the Miss Twilight Press Sash, press sashes were also awarded. New this year, press sashes were created for the first and second runners-up, promoting greater inclusivity and giving more outstanding young women the opportunity to receive one of the sashes. Two media sponsors also presented special sashes.
At the end, the winners of the respective sashes were visibly moved. The media began taking photos and conducting brief interviews, and family members also took photos and videos, taking advantage of the beautiful outdoor setting of Flor de Venezuela.
Tras la ronda de preguntas, el jurado, que había estado tomando notas, procedió a deliberar para seleccionar a las chicas que recibirían las distintas bandas que se entregarían anoche.
En esta ocasión, no solo se entregó la Banda de Prensa de Miss Twilight. Como novedad, también se crearon bandas de prensa para la primera y segunda finalista, promoviendo así una mayor inclusión y brindando a más chicas destacadas la oportunidad de recibir una de las bandas. Dos patrocinadores de medios también otorgaron bandas especiales.
Al finalizar, las chicas ganadoras de las respectivas bandas estaban muy emocionadas. Los medios comenzaron a tomar fotos y a realizar breves entrevistas, y los familiares también tomaron fotos y videos, aprovechando los hermosos espacios al aire libre de la Flor de Venezuela.
