Saturday was a day of heavy rain in my city. As I was on my way to the DX off Rod press conference, it started to rain. I was only a few minutes away, but had to take shelter in a mini-mall while it calmed down.
The event was delayed for an hour, to allow for the media to arrive, as the city was jammed with rain. I was able to arrive on time, just as the press conference started.
El S谩bado fue un d铆a de fuertes lluvias en mi ciudad. Cuando estaba camino a la rueda de prensa de DX off Rod, empez贸 a llover. Estaba a pocos minutos, pero tuve que refugiarme en un mini centro comercial mientras se calmaba.
El acto se retras贸 una hora, para permitir la llegada de los medios de comunicaci贸n, ya que la ciudad estaba colapsada por las lluvias. Pude llegar a tiempo, justo cuando empezaba la rueda de prensa.
The DX Off Road organising team took the floor and informed us about all the details of the event. The most important thing is that it will be a free event, so that as many people as possible can attend. The date is the 16th and 17th of November. The DX off Road will take place in the car park of the Arena Plaza water park.
By the way, the press conference was held in a new company called Padel House Barquisimeto. A new option for lovers of this sport, to practice Padel. Among its novelties is that the courts are certified pro Adidas. In a couple of weeks will be the official opening with a big Padel Tournament. The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately the rain was very heavy and I could not take many pictures of the facilities.
This is the fourth edition of the event and there are several surprises in store. Many attractions for the public to enjoy themselves. It is a well-known event in the city and everyone knows that it is aimed at the whole family.
Several foundations will be present to receive donations. There will be a bike ride where the registration fee is to donate clothes or toys. The event was scheduled for August, but due to rain problems, the date had to be moved to November.
El equipo organizador del DX Off Road tom贸 la palabra y nos inform贸 de todos los detalles del evento. Lo m谩s importante es que ser谩 un evento gratuito, para que pueda asistir el mayor n煤mero de gente posible. La fecha es el 16 y 17 de noviembre. El DX off Road tendr谩 lugar en el aparcamiento del parque acu谩tico Arena Plaza.
Por cierto, la rueda de prensa se realiz贸 en una nueva empresa llamada Padel House Barquisimeto. Una nueva opci贸n para los amantes de este deporte, para practicar Padel. Entre sus novedades est谩 que las canchas est谩n certificadas pro Adidas. En un par de semanas ser谩 la inauguraci贸n oficial con un gran Torneo de Padel. El ambiente era agradable, pero lamentablemente la lluvia fue muy fuerte y no pude tomar muchas fotos de las instalaciones.
Es la cuarta edici贸n del acontecimiento y depara varias sorpresas. Muchas atracciones para que el p煤blico se divierta. Es un evento muy conocido en la ciudad y todo el mundo sabe que est谩 dirigido a toda la familia.
Varias fundaciones estar谩n presentes para recibir donaciones. Habr谩 un paseo en bicicleta en el que el coste de la inscripci贸n es donar ropa o juguetes. El evento estaba programado para agosto, pero debido a problemas de lluvia, la fecha tuvo que trasladarse a noviembre.
Commercial brands and sponsors were present at the press conference. There was a tasting area for some products. The rain did not prevent the objective from being achieved.
At the end of the press conference, prizes were awarded to the girls who took part in the Chica DX off Road, who have spent months training and passing tests. The beautiful DX girls enthusiastically received their prizes and had many photos taken.
the beautiful ladies of the Mrs Grand venezuela contest were also present to be photographed and share with the different journalists who attended.
Also, the organising team of the Los Prisioneros concert participated in the press conference and gave details of the event.
The DX off Road has established itself as the big motoring event in the city. Fairs, car companies, extreme sports and many more surprises will take place over two days for the public, tourists and people from nearby towns to come and spend an afternoon and evening full of entertainment.
En la rueda de prensa estuvieron presentes marcas comerciales y patrocinadores. Hubo una zona para degustar algunos productos. La lluvia no impidi贸 que se cumpliera el objetivo.
Al final de la rueda de prensa se entregaron los premios a las chicas participantes en el Chica DX off Road, que han pasado meses entrenando y superando pruebas. Las bellas chicas DX recibieron con entusiasmo sus premios y se hicieron muchas fotos.
Las bellas damas del concurso Mrs Grand Venezuela tambi茅n estuvieron presentes para fotografiarse y compartir con los distintos periodistas que asistieron.
Asimismo, el equipo organizador del concierto de Los Prisioneros particip贸 en la rueda de prensa y dio detalles del evento.
El DX off Road se ha consolidado como el gran acontecimiento automovil铆stico de la ciudad. Ferias, empresas automovil铆sticas, deportes extremos y muchas sorpresas m谩s se dar谩n cita durante dos d铆as para que el p煤blico, turistas y la gente de las ciudades cercanas se acerquen a pasar una tarde y una noche llenas de entretenimiento.
