TREAT YOUR TEETH WELL

The teeth constitute structures very vital for the appearance of 4the human being and also for the nutrition in most organism. It is a complex structure made up of cells,mimerals,nerve endings and having it's own blood supply. It is the hardest organ in the body.

Today I'll share basic tips to keep it clean and functional for it's job.

1. Regular brushing:keeps it free from microbes and maintains healthy breatg
2. Avoid sugar things particularly late at night:sugar forms a substrate for bacteria to grow in the teeth leading to holes in the teeth
   3.Brush before sleeping: food debris are decomposed by bacteria and can damage the teeth and it's gum.
   4.Fluss after eating: helps to get food particle away from the crevices of the teeth
   5.Visit the dentist every 6months and everytime you have a problem in your teeth
