[Steemit] - Displaying vote as not voted

Expected behavior

When I vote a post, condenser should determine whether or not I have voted this post. For instance, a voted post has a green icon and if you click again, it will cast an unvote.

Actual behavior

The already voted post is indicated as not voted. However, when I try to vote it again (which is already voted) it shows the alert to unvote the post.

How to reproduce

1 - Upvote a post
2 - Flag the post
3 - Upvote button will not be green
4 - Try to vote again and it will say that if you want to un-vote

• Browser: Google Chrome Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Operating system: macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.3
