The power, and ultimately, the value of STEEM is directly proportional to it's community. In these "humble" beginnings, there WILL be a bunch of people posting gibberish and one-line replying (the "Thanks, your awesome!" bit), but eventually the Steemit Community will be a strong content-creating force that will be second-to-none. I believe this because it's happened before with the other social media juggernauts; and it's time for a change of the guard. Steemit's model of sharing ownership with good content-creators will be their winning ticket. And I'm just happy we're a part of it.
