Quick @steemit related question... and hopefully not a blonde one... hahaha!!!

(I am a strawberry blonde ok - we come fitted with beauty AND brains... so just pipe down with the remarks! lol)

Is there a way of specifically selecting an amount that you want to upvote somebodies post by? Because I have noticed that sometimes upvotes on my posts by the same people differ...

I do see the "upvoting" percentage indicator on the top of my profile on @esteem and when that gets high, then my upvote values are obviously higher, but from what I can tell, there is no way to specifically "choose" how much you want to upvote something by.... or is this a feature that gets unlocked when I have a higher ranking?
