Thank you @creativemary. I appreciate that VERY much. When I began writing / blogging, I found it an amazing tool for my own processing and healing. I used it a lot more a few years ago, but I still use it now and will no doubt continue to do so.
We often think we are "alone" in things, we write and sometimes even want to "remove" what we have written, but then... someone comes along and what you wrote touches them, makes them feel more than they have, or perhaps just gets them to see things from a different perspective which ultimately aids their own process. Everything goes full circle, doesn't it. I know if anyone would have an understanding of that, it would be you.
Thank you for what you said. I felt it and it made what I share here feel valued.
Getting back to yourself after the divorce has definetely helped you to become stronger and more resilient.
Damn straight! BEST thing that EVER happened to me! as ODD as that may sound to many.
Your mother was a strong determined woman, you've got that from her. A beautiful quality... to endure the life's hurdles with the head held high
Thank you. I can only hope I made her proud whilst she was around. What she taught me from a little girl will be ingrained in me till the day I become dust.
