PUNCHING your FEARS in the FACE!

If there is one thing I have become acutely aware of more so now than at any other point in my life, it is the importance of disregarding the voice of fear within me!
I have been crippled by my fears for so many years, and for the first time in my life, I am starting to punch them in the face! And you know what... it feels Fncking GOOD!
When I was a young girl, I used to get spastic colons from fear...
As a woman now, looking back on that -
I cannot help but think to myself...
what the actual FNCK!
What could be SO bad in the life of such a YOUNG girl,
that it would cause her to physically buckle over in fear!
To be honest,
I am not entirely sure that I will ever really figured that out...
but what I can say now, is that I have definitely found a way
of loosening its grip on me.
And now that I have THAT within my grasp...
I will NOT be letting go if it anytime soon!

Despite all the little voices that have tormented me
for so many years,
I have finally begun to walk across that rickety bridge...
and I have started to realise that I have been blessed.
Blessed with a one of a kind skill set,
which deserves the acknowledgement of being harnessed.
Much as we all do!
Disregarding this insight is probably our greatest downfall...
and I am DONE doing that!
