Wow, what an amazing park. If they don't want people climbing too high, they probably shouldn't put the climbing rungs up too high! Wow, here in the U.S., there would be harnesses and/or a safety professional and/or an attorney standing nearby to help people launch a lawsuit if they fell and got injured! Ha ha.
